I am a…

Confident, mindful, driven, caring, passionate, visionary, flexible, creative, honest, trusting, kind, peaceful, cranky, joyful, intuitive, happy, loving, moody, reliable, earthy human.

There is a service in knowing who I am.

Who are you?

Do you know yourself well? And why is self-knowledge important? What does it mean to “Know Thyself”?So many questions!

To learn about something, you have to ask questions. To know yourself, you have to ask yourself questions. To “Know Thyself” is a must. A must that will allow your soul to flow with your physical seasons.

Imagine food being able to transform who I am to a more negative, angry, complaining and shitty Cynthia.

Well, it can!!

The food we EAT gives our body signs. The ingredients we choose can completely affect the health of our brain, gut and heart.

Having a clear mind and confidence about what to EAT will have a positive impact on your mood and health.

Food plays a MASSIVE part in 3 areas, that ultimately affect your overall mood, health, your life expectancy & quality of life.

Yes, it does!

To be able to know and understand who you are, is to DEAL, FEEL and HEAL.  These are the 3 areas.

Are you worth taking care of?

THIS is the question.A MUST for nourishing your organs.

To me, this is a wealthy, healthy, human that knows thyself.Took me YEARS to really do the healing.

And the 3 main organs I have put a great amount of attention on have been the 3 brains. YES, 3!

And FOOD DOES MATTER to all 3.

The Brain.The Gut.The Heart.

The Brain = “DEAL” dealing with what’s presented throughout the day.

  • Troubleshooting with work.
  • Figuring out how to pay for things when money is tight.
  • Worried about the kids.
  • Worried about your parents, or friends.
  • The weather.
  • The workload.
  • The feeling and the sense of becoming burnt out.

There will ALWAYS be something to DEAL with.

It is the journey, we forget to enjoy the journey.

The Gut = “FEEL” understanding what works for you on a physical level when it comes to the foods we choose.

  • Eating sugar makes me feel scattered.
  • Eating gluten makes me bloated.
  • Animal flesh makes me feel sluggish.
  • Lollies make me feel high as a kite, LOL and so on…

The gut brain has an incredible way of telling us things are not right, and when we continue to eat foods that take us to these feelings we compromise our Gut Brain. Then DIS-ease happens…

And I’m sure we all know someone who has experienced major DIS-ease.

The Heart = “HEAL” the matters of the heart are really interesting to me. Fascinating to be honest.

The heart can carry so much and can really affect us emotionally. I have read in the past how heart transplant patients that receive a donor heart show signs of behaviours from their beneficiaries.

I find this absolutely remarkable and at the same time I am like “of course” the heart has its own brain. When we feed the heart with heart healthy foods like loads of plants I can tell you first-hand healing is enviable.

You can choose. I can choose. We can choose as a community to gain a deep understanding of who we are. And we can certainly choose foods that support and have an effective link to healing and abundance in the body.

The question is:

Are YOU most definitely worth taking care of?
