Booking Terms & Conditions for participants of Chef Cynthia Louise hosted by Let’s Eat Foundation

We’ve tried to keep the fine print to a minimum.  The information below is important so please read on.

You are fully aware that the events constitute “information only” and do not constitute medical recommendations or advice. These terms and conditions may change from time to time and you may find the most current version on this website.

These terms and conditions are applicable worldwide.

 

1. Rescheduling Your Own Enrolment

NOURISH RETREAT BALI – If you find that you are unable to attend the event on the dates for which you have enrolled, you may transfer your enrolment, without penalty, to the same event that we may convene provided you do so at least sixty (60) days prior to the original event date and that your rescheduled date occurs within twelve (12) months of the original event date.

If transferring to another program thirty to sixty (30-60) days out from the program start date, a 25% fee will be deducted from the total funds paid due to our financial commitments to that event.

Please Note: if transferring under thirty (30) days out from the program start date, you will forfeit your position and deposit and are NOT eligible for a refund. This is due to us not being able to refill your spot.

 

2. Transferring Tickets (Name Change)

In the event that you cannot attend the Chef Cynthia Louise Event for which you have booked, your ticket is transferable to another person, provided that you identify to us the person to whom you wish to transfer your ticket together with full contact details for your substitute, at least seven (7) days before the Chef Cynthia Louise program.

Please Note: There will be a USD$100 transfer administration charge for this process.

Once the transfer has taken place, the transferee will be bound by the same terms and conditions as the original ticket holder.

 

3. Enrolment Deposit and Payments for Enrolments

You are only considered a participant to the event when you have paid in full.

Please Note: If you are entered into a Payment Plan there will be a surcharge of 5% with a maximum of 4 repayments. You must pay any remaining balance on your enrolment at least forty-five (45) days prior to commencement of your event. Unless you’re enrolling for the first time between forty-five (45) days prior to the commencement of your event and the start date, which in this case you are required to pay in full to secure your place at the event

Let’s Eat Foundation is not be liable for any bank or payment gateway charges you may receive from your financial institute or international currency fluctuations when processing payments.

 

4. Refunds

Once the first payment (deposit) has been made, you are entitled to 7 days as a cooling off period where you can change your mind and cancel your position at our program with no fee.

Please Note: Let’s Eat Foundation will not be liable for bank charges or international currency fluctuations when refunds are processed.

After this 7 day cooling off period, we do NOT refund.

Registration to this event means that you agree to our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

 

5. Death

Prior to the Event

More than forty-five (45) Days

In the event of Death (the individual who booked the program passes away) we will process a full refund of the money received less a 10% administration charge that will be deducted from the total funds paid due to our financial commitments to that event.

Less than forty-five (45) Days

In the event of Death (the individual who booked the program passes away) we will process a full refund of the money received less a 30% administration charge that will be deducted from the total funds paid due to our financial commitments to that event.

Please Note: A death certificate must be produced to process this refund. Let’s Eat Foundation will not be liable for bank charges or international currency fluctuations when refunds are processed.

 

6. Insurance

All attendees MUST HAVE travel insurance to attend our events.


7. Let’s Eat Foundation Program Changes

We may for any reason deem it necessary to change the program dates, audience capacity, venue, speaker or hours without prior notice.

 

8. Let’s Eat Foundation Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

Let’s Eat Foundation has the right to reschedule or cancel any event if we feel it is necessary and in the best interest for both parties (You the participant and Let’s Eat Foundation). If this is decided, we will notify you in writing before the event was due to begin. In which case, we will enrol you at the next program within the 12 month calendar year. Monies paid will not be refundable and Let’s Eat Foundation will not be held liable for any compensation.

9. Disclosure

We may pay commissions to third parties arising from your entering into this agreement with us.

 

10. Inclusions

NOURISH RETREAT BALI – The program includes all sustenance, education, workshops and scheduled ½ day tours unless stated otherwise. All other expenses, such as Accommodation, Visa On Arrival (if required), flights, airport transfers, other meals, car hire, scooter hire, other adventure activities, tours etc and limited to the aforementioned, are at your own expense.
