Praxis is a Truly Unique EXPERIENCE, with Tyler Tolman and Chef Cynthia Louise on the paradise island of BALI. This is the ultimate learning and practice of how to live a life of optimal health in the 21st century.

Most of us didn’t grow up learning HOW to eat, WHAT to eat, WHEN to eat, and WHY we should eat certain foods to NOURISH our bodies. There is an art to this, which many ancient cultures practised, but is largely unknown to us. In Praxis you’ll experience how to live a life of optimal health in the 21st century.

Your Amazing Retreat Location: Bali is a paradise for healing.

The retreat is located beachfront in the town of Sanur which is popular with families and the gateway to the picturesque island of Nusa Lembongan. More laid back than neighbouring areas such as Seminyak, the vibration in Sanur is more gentle and relaxed and conducive to healing. It’s where people come to recharge.

Sanur enjoys warm weather year round, between 25-33°C. The coolest months are May, June and July with an average temperature of 28°C.

You will be staying in one of Sanur’s best beachfront resorts with direct access to the beach and close to all amenities.
